Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with Docsy Premium, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. We would rather make it right than keep your money.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles customer service inquiries and returns.

To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order email or invoice, or email us at support@docsy.uk and we will arrange it for you. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time from your Billing page or through the customer portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; your Premium access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
